Patrick began his real estate lending career in 1993 with Great Western Bank as a residential loan officer, specializing in Portfolio and Balance Sheet lending. Taking advantage of his entrepreneurial spirit, Patrick sought to take his home lending career to the next level and founded Dutchess Capital Corporation in 1997. After meeting Chris Gedney on a lender representative / borrower basis in 2000, Patrick made the decision to join forces and align himself with the lender. Utilizing his knowledge and contacts, Patrick has been instrumental in generating the consistent, in excess of 8%, returns enjoyed by the lender.
